Source fills the gaps of Lending left behind by Banks and with common sense loan assessment over a range of innovative products including Full Docs, Lite Docs, Alt Docs, SMSF and Expat Loans all exclusively offered only through third party intermediaries.
Currently this multi award winning Group manages almost $5Billion in residential loans and is still rapidly growing by way of its fast, flexible and individual approach to working with Brokers and their customers, never treating them as a number as the Banks are apt to do.
Source Funding has been established to wholesale fund by way of securitised residential mortgages.
As a non-bank lender funded loans will be distributed through the broker-assisted market as well as the direct-to-customer loan market.
